responsibilities
* from ttm up to cgr, responsible for:
o manufacturing contribution to …
o manufacturing contribution of ehs risks & ergonomics analysis
o manufacturing preparation of the line/workshop
* industrial process hand‑over from pme to manufacturing
* from cgr up to fqa, responsible for:
o finalization of manufacturing preparation of the line/workshop
o complete scope of manufacturing activities for the product on the line/workshop, including inspections, dynamic checklist, ncr, rework, missing parts, waivers/deviations, incomplete operations, …
* on‑time closing of work orders in mes
* productive & nonproductive hours booked in mes of all operators
* full apsys deployment on the line/workshop
* sqcd performance and tracking of associated kpi
* continuous improvement of sqcd performance
* optimisations of workstations via application of apsys tools
* issues management:
o issues raised in mes on time
o animation of corrective action issue (e.g. Qrqc)
* organisation of the execution of changes to the product (if applicable)
* retrofit execution of first trains/products (if applicable)
* 1st train(s)/products manufacturing feedback to support functions to improve sqcd performance
* responsible for time management of all employees and compliance with local legislation
* continuous improvement of occupational safety, including contractors where applicable
* responsible for developing the qualification matrix for product‑related and technology‑related processes, and general technological and personal qualification
* responsible for the pmc (people management cycle) as per local hr policy
* responsible for the implementation and application of corporate policies (iris, ehs, ethics and compliance…)
