about the role:

we are looking for a person with a lot of experience and excellent negotiation skills for the role of region customer service manager.

in this role you will lead the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (cpfr), customer service, and master data teams.
additionally, you will have the opportunity to support business plans by ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, agile processes,

and the integrity of product and customer data.


main responsibilities:

* you will lead the cpfr team to drive collaborative planning with key clients and focus on forecast accuracy and inventory management.
* you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels according to different seasonalities to reduce shortages and overstocks.
* you will oversee order management processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* you will address escalations and resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* you will be responsible for collaborating with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
* in coordination with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve otif performance and ensure consistent follow-up actions.


who are we looking for?

* bachelor’s degree in supply chain, demand management, international business, industrial engineering or similar.
* roles similar to cpfr manager, customer service manager essential
* strong experience in supply chain, cpfr (replenishment) and logistics.
* office suite domain.
* fluency in english is mandatory.
* competencies for: achieving results, change management, leadership, organizational integration.
