About the role
the design engineer will create 3 d and 2 d product geometries, tooling designs, and mechanical drawings. This role collaborates with customers and project engineers to ensure that all designs are manufacturable, compliant with requirements, and properly documented.
fixed-term contract (12 months)
responsibilities
design 3 d product models, molds, and tooling with complex geometries. Develop cad models using catia and solid works. Produce and revise detailed 2 d drawings. Collaborate directly with customers on new product and tooling designs. Support project engineers with analysis of 3 d and 2 d models. Manage design documentation through dpd folders and/or smarteam. Provide drafting and design support as needed. Participate in required safety and occupational health training. Follow internal policies including code of conduct, confidentiality, ctpat, and anti‑corruption guidelines.
qualifications
bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering (preferred), mechanical engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in design engineering. Intermediate to advanced english, able to participate in presentations and technical discussions.

proficiency in catia, solid works, and auto cad. Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Intermediate microsoft office skills. Knowledge of tooling manufacturability and product development processes. Project management abilities.
