We are seeking a *manual tester* to join our team with a strong focus on salesforce data cloud and marketing cloud.
Responsibilities
- execute detailed test procedures for salesforce data cloud and marketing cloud
- engage with cross-functional teams to gather essential project specifications
- conduct defect identification through functional regression, and performance testing
- document, maintain, and track bugs efficiently
- provide input during daily updates and sprint planning sessions with project teams
- enhance existing testing strategies and introduce improvements where necessary
- maintain the integrity and reliability of the software solutions
*requirements*:
- minimum 2 years of experience in qa testing, particularly with salesforce marketing cloud engagement and data cloud
- proficiency in source-to-target data mappings
- in-depth understanding of qa methodologies, tools, and best practices
- exceptional problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail
- competency to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multi-vendor team environment
- advanced level (c1+) in english language proficiency
nice to have
- knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks
- salesforce certifications such as salesforce administrator or marketing cloud consultant
- background in working within agile project methodologies
