your role and responsibilities
* fluent in english with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey change impacts, process updates, and guidance to diverse stakeholder groups.
* write and deliver change communications, including newsletters, email announcements, stakeholder updates, and leadership messaging.
* design and create training content and enablement materials, including slide decks, one‐pagers, job aids, quick reference guides, and short training videos.
* develop clear, user‐friendly content that explains new processes, tools, and ways of working.
* collect user feedback through surveys, interviews, and feedback forums to understand adoption challenges and user experience.
* analyze feedback and adoption data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights that inform change strategy and continuous improvement.
required technical and professional expertise
* change communications & writing excellence: strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate change impacts, process updates, and guidance through newsletters, email announcements, stakeholder updates, and leadership messaging.
* training & enablement content development: proven ability to design and deliver training and enablement materials, including slide decks, one‐pagers, job aids, quick reference guides, and short training videos.
* user‐centered content design: ability to create clear, concise, and user‐friendly content that explains new processes, tools, and ways of working for diverse audiences.
* feedback collection & analysis: experience gathering user feedback through surveys, interviews, and feedback forums, and analyzing adoption data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
preferred technical and professional experience
* change adoption & continuous improvement: experience using feedback and adoption metrics to refine change strategies and drive continuous improvement throughout rollout.
* stakeholder engagement & facilitation: ability to support and facilitate feedback sessions, workshops, and forums to understand user experience and adoption challenges.
* digital content & collaboration tools: hands‐on experience creating and managing change and enablement content using tools such as sharepoint and microsoft 365.
* change management methodologies: familiarity with structured change management approaches (e.g., prosci/adkar or similar) to support adoption and sustainability.
