you'll guide clients through their journey, keep systems running smoothly, and help improve processes as we grow.
*what you'll be doing*
you'll be the link between our founder, the internal team, and our clients—making sure workflows are efficient, communication is clear, and clients feel cared for throughout their journey.
*workflow & client experience*
- guide clients step by step through onboarding: lab tests, payments, appointments.
- track client progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure accurate records.
- schedule discovery calls and reconnect with quiet leads.
- respond to client feedback and challenges with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
- translate clinical notes and create personalized supplement & diet protocols.
- keep systems and data updated: crm, asana, google drive, stripe, offer pipeline, finances.
- assign and follow up on tasks (charts, transcriptions, interns, etc.).
- create and maintain templates, guides, and client-facing materials.
- manage logistics: research supplements, track orders, fulfill protocols.
- organize daily internal check-ins and prepare talking points for sessions with the founder.
*strategic contribution*
- spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements to simplify or scale workflows.
- proactively suggest and lead initiatives to help skm grow sustainably.
- document internal processes to support onboarding and system continuity.
- contribute to the hiring and onboarding of interns or new roles as needed.
*what you'll need (requirements)*
- language skills:
- to succeed in this role, you must be fluent in both written and spoken english and spanish, as our work involves daily communication with clients and team members in both languages.

*what we offer*
- fixed monthly pay (honorarios / fee-based contract in mxn pesos).
- full-time schedule: monday to friday, 9 am-6 pm (with 1-hour lunch break).
