arrow electronics is looking to hire business operations analyst to join our team in guadalajara!

*what you'll be doing*
- responds to ticket requests for item set ups, pricing/costing, authorizations and troubleshooting while ensuring sla's are being met
- validates proper documentation has been provided to process ticket requests and communicates back to requestor when additional information is needed
- manages supplier pricefile loads, authorization maintenance and other customer related attributes as needed
- reviews and maintains process documentation based on supplier updates
- performs audit functions as assigned to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance
- monitors various operational reports and system alerts and takes action as appropriate
- provides timely issue escalation and proactively communicates to management and impacted stakeholders

- proficient in microsoft office, outlook and excel
- proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in english is required)
- adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities

- ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously

typically requires 1-2 years of related experience; a 4 year degree is preferred.
