 
        
        Purpose of the Job The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading client relationships and overseeing project execution across planning, production, and delivery. This role identifies new production opportunities and ensures operational excellence, profitability, and brand compliance. 
Key Responsibilities 
Lead a cross-functional team (Manager, Coordinator, Specialist) to achieve monthly account revenue targets. 
Manage enterprise accounts and coordinate client-related operations and distribution. 
Provide strategic leadership across Below The Line (BTL), display, branded merchandise, and print categories. 
Define account structure and collaborate with Operations to build a high-performing, client-focused team. 
Ensure client needs and contractual obligations are met through proactive engagement. 
Act as liaison between client, production, sourcing, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution. 
Foster a collaborative on-site environment aligned with client and company goals. 
Guide sourcing strategy to optimize bidding and production processes; drive Sales and Operation Planning (SOP) improvements. 
Analyze job-level and quarterly profitability and prepare business reviews for client and internal stakeholders. 
Oversee staffing decisions including hiring, mentoring, and performance management across locations. 
Anticipate seasonal peaks and allocate resources accordingly. 
Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and expand revenue. 
Support client sales initiatives and implement strategies to drive incremental margin. 
Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to reduce costs and improve process efficiency. 
Travel domestically for client, vendor, and internal meetings as needed. 
Ensure superior customer service and consistently exceed client expectations. 
Knowledge, Skills+Experience 
5–7 years managing agencies, marketing procurement, or client-side environments. 
Proven leadership in strategic project management and high-performance teams. 
Strong ethical values, long-term vision, and purpose-driven mindset. 
Experience in employee development and mentoring. 
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and analytical skills. 
Background in agency, marketing, or procurement with hands-on production knowledge. 
Fluent in English.
