*what we’re looking for*
we’re looking for a paid social strategist to 1) execute all things paid social and 2) move the revenue
and roas needles for our clients.
Start-up, and also have a track record as a partner-in-crime to cross-functional teams (e.g.,
analytics, account management). More specifically, we’re looking for someone who’s:
- constantly thinking about, “how can i help my clients exceed performance mom / qoq?”
- comfortable leading and executing both short
- and long-term strategy + tactics for clients’
integrated paid search and display programs.
- able to help clients quickly see next-level insights and analyses that will actually help their
business grow (and not just share retrospective weekly performance reporting).
*experience and skills*
- track record of consistently meeting (ideally, exceeding) revenue and roas targets across
four
- to five-figure monthly media budgets (especially thinking outside-of-the-box when it
comes to hitting targets on those budgets).
- extreme ownership mentality + “clients first, always” mindset, especially when it comes to
shipping work with other teams, iding process improvements and up
- and cross-sell
opportunities, and anticipating + overcoming roadblocks.
- always curious and constantly looking for new ways to help clients grow their business.
- 4+ years working in a direct-response paid social capacity for dtc and ecomm brands
across meta ads, tiktok, pinterest, reddit, and snapchat (linkedin ads experience is a
plus).
- well-versed in shopify, merchant center, klaviyo, and mailchimp (hubspot is a plus).
- knowledgeable of the latest w/ tracking/first-party data across all major ad platforms.
- prior experience managing multiple client accounts.
