improve systems and procedures (fa/smt) drive reduction of internal defect cost (idc), fallout rate (for), trial development (t d) and on-hold materials by coordinating and assuring the generation of improvement projects (s-cip, ps or equivalent) for his/her top kpis contributors with his/her mfpx, mfex, mfox teams.
perform layered process audits (lpa) and give solutions to open points under his/her responsibility.
perform gembas and review 6s in production shop floor.
assure and reinforce quality controls.
creates internal claims towards suppliers for follow up by pqa regular communication within ipn on q-related topics.
follow up of material on "hold" for on timely releasing (documentation) champion of alr process and ews.
responsible of monitoring quality controls according to pfmea.
work together with the smt/fa group to solve quality issues.
champion of 14-quality basics in the vs and owner of p1, p2 and p14.
participate support line releases, manuf.
quality responsibilities ownership after sop.
quality tools (maturity assessments, quality gates, problem solving techniques) are effectively used.
continuous reinforcement to assure that problem solving quality tools are strongly used.
maintenance of internal defect cost (idc), fallout rate (for) and trial development (t d) reports and pdcas maintenance of cp and pfmea maintenance of ews and alr responsible of pss for non-conformities (external/internal) related to product quality claims and process controls to improve the quality standards and close the pss on timely manner.
responsible of performing capabilities studies for human inspections.
wsr "manufacturing quality checklist" responsibility.
qualifications educación: título en ingeniería (maestría es opcional) experiencia laboral: dos años en un ambiente de manufactura o calidad habilidades: * experiencia en comunicación con cliente y conocimiento de metodología apqp * conocimiento de herramientas apqp * liderazgo, practicidad, trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación * habilidad de trabajar bajo presión * disponibilidad de viajar idioma: bilingüe ingles 90% substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, apqp, ppap, xfmea, msa, spc, iso ts * problem solving methods (8d, fishbone, 5why, 6sigma/shainin, ...) Customer requirements moderation and communication/negotiation skills.
