We are seaking:
artificial intelligence director (industry experiencie:call centers,banking,fintech)
this director must have strong experience in applying ai models in call center environments, with the ability to automate processes, improve efficiency, and generate data-driven insights. Additionally, they must be a strategic consultant, capable of explaining ai solutions to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
responsibilities:
⦁ ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
⦁ experience presenting ai use cases to clients and executives.
⦁ stakeholder management (cx teams, operations, it).
⦁ knowledge of ai ethics and compliance.
required experience:
⦁ 4+ years in developing and implementing ai models for call centers (chatbots, voicebots, sentiment analysis, intelligent routing).
⦁ 3+ years in leadership, managing ai teams, data scientists, and engineers.
⦁ consulting experience, explaining ai solutions to clients and decision-makers.
⦁ familiarity with contact center platforms (genesys, five9, amazon connect, twilio, or others).
⦁ industry experience in: call centers, fintech, and banking sector.
⦁ fluent conversational english (mandatory).
