* work directly with our ceo to create executive presentations that win million-dollar contracts
* transform company vision into marketing campaigns that drive real business growth
* report directly to leadership on how your marketing moves the revenue needle
* use cutting-edge ai tools to create content that outperforms traditional marketing
* build automated workflows that nurture leads while you focus on strategy
* pioneer new ai marketing techniques that give us an unfair competitive advantage
* design conversion-optimized websites that turn visitors into paying customers
* dominate search rankings and social media algorithms across multiple platforms
* create email campaigns with open rates that make competitors jealous
* build sales funnels that generate consistent, predictable revenue
* write compelling content that positions genesis bpo as the industry thought leader
* maintain brand consistency across all channels while adapting for global markets
* develop thought leadership content that establishes our executives as industry experts
* lead a network of agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute flawless campaigns
* collaborate across departments to ensure marketing supports every business objective
* manage marketing budgets with full accountability for roi and performance
qualifications/skills:
* 7-10+ years of marketing experience (preferably in b2b)
* bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
* native-level english skills
* ai tool expertise
* proven success with sales funnels and marketing automation
* executive presentation design that makes powerpoint look like art
* seo/sem mastery
* social media savviness across all platforms
* cro and a/b testing expertise
* project management skills
* cultural awareness for our u.s. and international markets
