*about this role*
we are looking for a floor controller to join our dedicated team, such a professional will supervise all floor activity including assisting team members, monitoring staff, and managing scheduling. The floor controller is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met.
To be successful as a floor controller should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is scheduled for their daily assigned roles.
*roles & responsibilities*
- supervise staff daily and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for kpis and attendance.
- ensure all staff to perform allocated roles.
- manage scheduling and close relations with supervisors, managers, and wfm.
- assist staff with any queries or requests regarding, time off, vacations, and swaps.
- administer resources to ensure correct coverage and services for our lines of service.
- prepare reports to track the performance of employees to enhance efficient evaluation.
- administer all problems of employees and invite everyone for table discussion.
- monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees and supervisors.
- investigate all issues on the floor and assist in resolving all mistakes for the management team and working staff.
- analyze and identify growth for all projects at workstations and ensure high-quality service.
- coordinate with corporate leaders to lead the team to work perfectly.
- coordinate the daily operations of the staff and create reports for kpis and attendance.
- manage resources to ensure adequate coverage and service levels.
- a high school qualification or equivalent.
- prior experience in a managerial position.
- excellent interpersonal skills.
- prior experience in wfm, excel, and scheduling programs such as calabrio.
- highly organized.

- ability to multitask, pay attention to details, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- flexibility to work extended hours or weekends.
