Job title: human resources generalist we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented human resources generalist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide support in functional areas of human resources including employee relations, performance management, change management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities: support the hr business partner in all union practices and activities throughout the year. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with the hr business partner and business leaders. Collaborate with the hr business partner to work closely with managers and employees to improve engagement, retention, and a healthy work environment by giving follow-up to action plans derived from official mexican norms. Provide support on hr-related activities during iso audits. Support annual processes related to talent management, performance management, and salary reviews for the unionized group of employees in mexico. Assist with offboarding processes when needed. Follow up on hr-related vendor payments. Update local hr policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with both local regulations and global standards. Requirements: bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Conversational english language skills. A minimum of three years of experience in hr roles, with proven er and local labor law knowledge, familiarity with managing a unionized workers' environment, and supporting iso audits. Preferred skills: strong communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization. Able to handle highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality. Results-driven.
