your role: sales manager
you will lead the commercial strategy for your region, focusing on two key areas:
* you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, representing our brand, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
negotiate and close commercial agreements with hotels and hotel chains.
represent our company at industry events, acting as a brand ambassador.
conduct regular client visits and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.
report regularly on performance, market trends, and strategic progress to regional leadership.
coordinate and support the team in commercial presentations, negotiations, and portfolio optimization.
requirements
minimum qualifications
* at least 3 years of experience in commercial roles within the hotel or hospitality sector
* solid understanding of hotel distribution, digital marketing, and direct online sales
* proficiency in microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint
* fluency in english (written and spoken)
