*qualifications*:

- areas of expertise: proven experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a similar. environment. Experience in project management office.
- technical skills required by role: accounting knowledge (3+ years of experience) and advanced knowledge of microsoft office solutions and power bi.
- soft skills: multitasking with precision. Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
