You will: identify new sales opportunities across brands and agencies and convert them into rtb house customers; generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close; partner with technical and account management teams; execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures; create formal offers and present them to potential customers; deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction; report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers; represent rtb house in conferences; develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions. Desired experience: knowledge in sales frameworks and techniques; experience in managing b2b relationships - preferably in advertising industry; it's necessary to be available to go to the office in mexico city once a quarter; native in spanish with fluency in english (c1 level); ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements; well-developed verbal and written communication skills; bachelor’s degree; interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce; preferably experienced working in programmatic marketing environment; a curious spirit and a desire to constantly improve and refine business development tactics and strategies; multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness; positive, can-do attitude.
