your mission, roles and responsibilities
*overall responsibilities and duties:*
ensure the correct application of human resources procedures and tools in order to obtain the employment stability of the company, following the methodology determined by the group. The company's labor stability following the methodology determined by the group.
the main missions of the role are
follow-up and compliance with departmental and organizational objectives of labor relations, training.
monitoring and control of kpi's
administration and follow-up of surveillance and transportation services.
follow up and compliance with applicable labor - union and governmental issues.
attend internal or external hr audits as applicable.
administration and follow-up on payroll incidences
participation in human resources labor meetings with companies in the sector.
participation in hr and system audits as applicable.
respect safety and hygiene standards of the company, using personal protective equipment that corresponds to the job position avoiding improvisation.
actively promote the prevention of accidents and injuries, as well as promote ideas for improvement in safety in the workplace.
comply with the procedures and formats of the company's quality management system with rigor and discipline.

qualifications

experience
