- process architecture and optimization: build and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce waste across operations.
- business case development and financial impact: prepare comprehensive business cases and financial impact assessments for productivity and efficiency initiatives, aligning projects with strategic objectives and roi targets.
- project execution and post-kaizen control: manage the execution of lean and kaizen projects, implementing post-kaizen control mechanisms to ensure long-term sustainability of improvements.
- ai use case development and implementation: partner with it to create and implement a pipeline of ai initiatives, focusing on ai use case identification, definition, and deployment to enhance predictive capabilities and automation in operations.
- cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with location operations and cross-functional teams to identify key efficiency and productivity opportunities, ensuring effective local implementation and alignment with global standards.data-driven decision making: leverage analytics and performance metrics to prioritize projects, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

*education and certifications*
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business, ops management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lean deployment, or project management within manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- proven expertise in lean methodologies, kaizen, and process optimization, with a history of successful project management in a global setting.
- strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases and conducting roi assessments for improvement initiatives.
- familiarity with ai and data analytics in an operational context, and experience collaborating with it on technology-driven initiatives.exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across teams in a multi-site environment.
