summary
we are looking for a talent acquisition manager to lead high-volume and specialized hiring for our call center operations. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader with strong experience in mass recruitment, ats/crm/erp systems, and modern digital sourcing tools.
responsibilities
lead and scale mass hiring and specialized recruitment strategies.
manage and develop the ta team (sourcers, field recruiting).
optimize recruitment processes using ats/crm/erp and semi-automated tools.
monitor kpis, hiring funnels, and conversion rates.
partner with operations and hr to meet aggressive hiring targets.
enhance candidate experience and employer branding across digital channels.
requirements
5+ years in talent acquisition, including mass hiring experience (bpo preferred).
strong command of ats/crm platforms and recruitment automation tools.
proven ability to run large-scale hiring campaigns (100+ hires/month).
analytical mindset and kpi-driven decision-making.
strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
