This role plays a key supporting role under the guidance of the crm manager and is responsible for executing crm campaigns, loyalty programs, and client engagement activities. The position ensures operational excellence of crm initiatives, leveraging data to enhance customer experience and drive client retention in a retail environment, while expanding client experience across multiple channels.
job responsibilities
1. crm campaign execution & client engagement
* operate crm campaigns across client segments, including setup, execution, and monitoring.
* support new client acquisition, retention, and reactivation through multi-channel activities.
* manage communications and loyalty content (emails, sms, push notifications) aligned with brand tone.
* coordinate client treatment programs and support vip client events (planning, rsvp, logistics).
* data analysis & reporting
* analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
* prepare and deliver regular crm kpi reports (engagement, conversion, roi, etc.).
* provide data-driven suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting.
* database & system management
* monitor customer data quality and manage data collection processes.
* collaborate with it to resolve technical issues and maintain system performance.
* ensure compliance with local privacy policies and data protection regulations.
* retail & event operations
* work closely with retail teams to support crm operations.
* execute in-store crm initiatives and assist with sampling, gifting, and other crm materials.
* manage crm-related inventory and track campaign assets and expenses.
* cross-functional projects & ad-hoc support
* assist the crm manager with special projects and promotional initiatives.
* monitor competitor crm activities and contribute to internal best practices sharing.
* manage annual crm activity calendars and track a&p budgets as needed.

must
* strong team player with open communication and a positive, collaborative attitude.
* highly self-motivated, proactive, and organized in managing multiple tasks.
* analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable strategies.
* proficiency in excel or other data analysis tools.
* fluent in korean and english (verbal and written).
preferred
* over 5 years of experience in crm or marketing operations, ideally within retail, beauty, or luxury industry.
* hands-on experience with crm tools and campaign execution (salesforce, adobe, etc.).
