job description
we are seeking an account manager trainee (am trainee) interested in international trade. The role supports the account manager in achieving client satisfaction, providing excellence in strategic administrative tasks, interacting with internal stakeholders, and resolving customer claims across areas such as:
* quality assurance: supplier management audits, compliance audits
* quality control services: product inspections, lab tests
* customs compliance: pre-customs clearance inspection
responsibilities
* assist with customer inquiries and requests.
* manage account setup, service setup, and follow-up in the system, including report delivery and payment tracking.
* coordinate and confirm quotations and booking changes with customers.
* support account managers during meetings to discuss progress and improve business strategies.
* conduct random audits of reports sent by the team.
* provide relevant information to the finance team for invoicing.
* follow up with customers for payments.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in international business, trade, relations, or related field.
* proficiency in english and spanish, both written and spoken.
* ability to multitask efficiently.
* proficient in ms office applications.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* at least one year of experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
additional information
* monthly gross salary: $15,000 mxn
* performance bonuses based on kpis.
