Responsibilities:
1. overall hr & administration management
* take full responsibility for the human resources and administrative operations of the mexico subsidiary.
1. compliance & system development
* establish and optimize hr and administrative systems in full compliance with mexican labor laws and regulations.
1. talent acquisition & team building
* lead end-to-end recruitment and training initiatives to build a high-performing operations team for the factory.
1. administrative & logistics support
* oversee all administrative and logistical functions to ensure smooth factory operations.
1. cross-functional collaboration
* work closely with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure policy compliance, provide guidance, and drive process improvements.
requirements:
1. education & language
* bachelor’s degree or above.
* professional working proficiency in english (spanish is a strong plus).
1. experience
* minimum 2 years of work experience in mexico.
* prior experience in setting up a manufacturing facility from scratch for a chinese company overseas is highly preferred.
1. competencies
* strong achievement drive, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate effectively.
