about the role
the kam is responsible for managing the key accounts assigned to his/her position.
its main function is to ensure the synergy of the company's strategy with that of the different clients to ensure compliance with the established objectives, designing strategies and plans according to the needs.
the kam works together with the company's commercial areas to ensure the achievement of objectives, maintain the client portfolio and optimize costs
what you will do
gains, develops, maintains and manages profitable accounts
ensure the cataloging of new products.
improve marginal income with increase in price, efficiency in cr investment, and efficiency in distribution.
portfolio review and monitoring of accounts payable with the finance team and clients.
builds and maintains strong customer relationship securing customer satisfaction and following the overall customer strategy.
generate synergy between marketing, sales and logistics departments to ensure that the needs of key customers are met.
delivers input to sales forecast and is responsible for assigned sales budget.
coordinates and leads diferent activities to develop business
builds and maintains strong relationship and collaboration with sales and related functions
builds strong customer insight and market knowledge and provides information to relevant stakeholders
capabilities & experience
4 years of experience as a key account executive
bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or industrial engineering
demonstrated experience in key account management in mass food consumption companies.
strong negotiation skills, dominance, analysis, high power of influence and communication.
exceptional customer service skills.
