Qualifications
fluent spanish and english
bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field
business analysis certifications (cbap, ccba, pmi-pba)
minimum 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst
hands-on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives
proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
strong understanding of database concepts, sql queries, and data analysis
experience with requirements management tools (jira, confluence, azure devops, etc.)
familiarity with api technologies, web services, and integration patterns
knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (tableau, power bi, etc.)
advanced proficiency in microsoft excel, visio, and powerpoint
excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills
detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
collaborative team player with cross-functional experience
prior experience working with offshore development teams
ia business analyst certification is recommended
