It is responsible for supervising the daily operations necessary to maintain client accounts and to acquire new business opportunities with new clients. Must demonstrate the ability to stabilize the business in large and strategic accounts. Administers large and complex accounts with revenues above $5 million. Directly supervises staff to maintain the accounts. Supervisory responsibilities include: interviewing/selecting employees, providing performance feedback through periodic reviews, directing/monitoring their work, taking corrective action and ensuring proper compliance with company policies and procedures. It is a mentor and actively trains service technicians in development to establish a career path toward the next roles in their careers. Looks for organic growth opportunities with existing clients and new opportunities with new clients. Must possess knowledge of multi-chem product lines and their applications, ability to test, select and recommend products following established methods. Provides technical support and escalates complaints as needed. May be required as a site expert, where they will supervise sample collection and analyze related data as needed. This position will delegate tasks such as selection and testing of chemical product lines and the compilation/analysis of reporting data to service technicians when appropriate. Provides solid technical advice and recommendations to support client operational requirements. Knowledge of chemical pump design and specifications. Creates, develops and maintains customized chemical programs and optimizes them as opportunities arise. Knowledge of microsoft product platforms. Provides clear, concise and routine reports and recommendations both internally to management and externally to clients. Produces and presents technical presentations. Uses software to maintain customer financial and technical portfolios. Performs system analyses. Interprets data and develops recommendations to ensure that operations perform optimally.
