primary objective of the position:
attend to the requirements of various units or departments regarding the supply of indirect materials, products, equipment, and other items stored in a warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, classifying, coding, dispatching, and inventorying these items to meet client needs.
activities:
* promote a culture of compliance with norms and ethical business practices.
* implement the ethics and compliance program, and prevent, detect, and correct violations of laws, baxter policies, and the code of conduct.
* follow baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including global interaction policies and third-party policies.
* identify compliance and legal risks within the country/cluster.
* operate and handle safety equipment such as forklifts (peacer, doble reach), pallet jacks, and order pickers.
* participate in annual training programs and adhere to safety and industrial hygiene guidelines.
* perform activities in accordance with regulatory frameworks and good practices in documentation, manufacturing, and storage.
* monitor performance indicators aligned with departmental goals.
* complete regulatory training to enhance job functions.
* meet leadership expectations as per the position.
* report equipment, forklift, and infrastructure incidents or anomalies.
* support overtime shifts as required.
responsibilities:
* follow operational procedures for order fulfillment, storage, distribution, and inventory management in the management systems, adhering to pnos, ehs, and applicable regulations.
* handle national and imported product receipt, segregation, and damage sorting.
* ensure proper shelving and storage of products.
* manage product picking and shipping for home routes, restocking, and hospitals.
* implement storage best practices as assigned by leadership.
* manage inventory, cycle counts, receipt, and storage of machinery and canceled items, including inventory adjustments.

educational requirements:
high school diploma. Professionals in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biological fields are preferred for production and quality roles.
experience:
* previous experience in industry, including safe operation of forklifts (peacer, doble reach, pallet jacks, order pickers).
* experience managing material and product entries and exits.
* experience with information technology tools, preferably wms/erp.
skills and knowledge:
* safe operation of forklifts and handling equipment.
* basic arithmetic and understanding of good manufacturing practices (gmp) and good storage practices (gsp).
* basic computer and it system knowledge.
