The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
identify, qualify and prospect new potential clients within the international trade
develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing key accounts in an effort to grow business and help company expand, acting as their primary strategic contact.
prepare sales forecasts, management reports and present results to senior leadership.
bachelor's degree in international business, engineering, business administration, comex, or related field
~5 years' prior industry related business development experience (ocean freight)
~ professional fluency in english is mandatory
~ proficiency using crm tools and the microsoft office 365 suite
