This is a human resources (people operations) leadership role. The hr fulfillment manager is responsible for the end-to-end "people supply chain" for our retail teams. This role ensures business success by delivering high-quality talent, enhancing organizational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture within our stores.
1. Talent fulfillment & strategic planning
* define and execute the people supply chain strategy to ensure all retail stores are fully staffed with high-quality talent.
* lead the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-volume hiring and rapid backfilling in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* optimize workforce structure to balance labor costs with operational efficiency
2. People development & training
* implement standardized onboarding and service training to ensure all front‑line staff align with brand values.
* build a talent pipeline for future store expansions and leadership roles.
3. Performance & incentive management
* design and manage kpi frameworks that drive sales results and employee engagement.
* consult with regional leads on performance improvements and disciplinary actions.
4. Employee relations & legal compliance
* act as a strategic advisor on mexican labor law to ensure all people practices are compliant.
* manage labor relations and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a healthy team environment.
* able to communicate in english or chinese (one required).
* 5 years experience in retail ff management or hr area, 3 years experience in manager roll.
* responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and strong execution skills.
