the solvo general supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives or other bpo professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery and achieve performance targets. They must provide leadership, guidance, and support to their team to drive productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
responsibilities
1. team leadership: provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of agents, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
2. set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
3. address performance and absenteeism issues promptly and constructively, taking necessary corrective actions.
4. conduct initial and ongoing training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
5. effectively handle and resolve conflicts or issues within the team or between team members and clients.
6. promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
7. operational management: ensure the team meets or exceeds established key performance indicators (kpis) and service level agreements (slas).
8. monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
9. identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
10. implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure service quality and compliance with client requirements. Conduct regular quality evaluations, provide feedback, and generate performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
11. act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations, building and maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
12. ensure the team follows all relevant compliance and security protocols, including data protection regulations, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
* minimum 1 year of experience as a leader in the bpo/contact center industry.

eligibility requirements
* high school or equivalent (required).
* bpo experience: 2 years (required).
* english language proficiency (required).
schedule
monday to friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm mexican time – 100% on site.
