are you an early-career engineer with a passion for telecom infrastructure and a strong eye for detail?
we're looking for a junior site construction engineer to join our team and support the rollout of ran/rbs site builds.
this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
you'll be part of a collaborative team, indirectly supervising on-site construction while managing key documentation and supporting integration efforts—mostly from a remote role.
what you will do:
- review and manage construction evidence from ran/rbs sites
- remotely follow up on construction progress and site installations
- assist with work orders, reporting, and compensation tracking
- support planning and quality assurance monitoring
the skills you bring:
- a bachelor's degree in engineering, civil work, architecture, or a related field
- fluent english communication skills (required)
- interest and aptitude for reporting, data analysis, and documentation
- a basic understanding of ran (radio access network) concepts
- strong self-organization and time management
- flexibility to work within changing schedules and project timelines
- comfort with reading and interpreting technical documents
