Job title: implementation engineer
job summary: specright is seeking a technical implementation engineer to join our customer success team. You will manage customer and product implementation configurations, including specright and salesforce, working closely with the director of implementation and implementation engineering manager. This role involves collaboration across sales, marketing, product management, and software engineering teams. You will have the opportunity to work with notable clients such as johnson & johnson, p&g, and caterpillar.
responsibilities and duties
* execute and build customer solutions, ensuring successful implementation for projects ranging from mid market to enterprise.
* define and document solution designs, user stories, and requirements, including configuration, custom development, and data migration.
* collaborate with solution data architect & project manager to define scope and deliverables.
* guide customers on best practices to support business transformation and process optimization during specright implementations.
* assist customers in transforming their business with sdm technology.
* configure objects, layouts, and workflows in specright and salesforce with admin functions.
* support data imports, perform quality checks, and verify client data.
* work directly with clients across industries such as beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food & beverage, wine & spirits, automotive, and chemicals.
* train and mentor new implementation engineers on product and industry best practices.
* conduct weekly technical training and mentorship sessions for the team.
qualifications
* minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or tech industries.
* experience in saas, consumer goods, food & beverage, packaging, or supply chain sectors.
* salesforce.com knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
* active learner with the ability to manage multiple customer tasks effectively.
* strong desire to work with early-stage technology environments.
* excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and email skills.
* attention to detail and high accountability.
* effective time management for multiple projects.
* fast learner, team player, organized, execution-oriented, problem solver with a positive, inquisitive attitude.
* ability to provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects.
