Your tasks
business partner
advising and supporting top management on all hr-relevant topics/issues.

Derivation of hr strategies and measures
developing hr strategies and measures aligned with business unit strategies and implementing them collaboratively.
Labor relations
monitoring compliance, absenteeism, turnover, lawsuits, employee terminations, and union dealings.
Optimization of hr processes and tools
setting up or optimizing hr processes and tools in cooperation with hr functions and ensuring global implementation.

Onboarding and filling key positions
managing onboarding and filling of key positions within the business unit.
Related competencies: talent management, development, interpersonal relationships, and collaboration.
Design of performance, talent, and succession management systems
assisting in designing and implementing international performance, talent, and succession management systems.
Coordination or management of local hr projects
leading local hr projects as needed, outside the immediate area of responsibility.
Coaching support for management
providing coaching support for management, e.g., reorganization and change management.

bachelor's degree
advanced english proficiency
knowledge of labor regulations

experience in the automotive industry in hr or related processes
