This is a full-time, on-site account manager role based in ensenada, bcn. The account manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
Responsibilities
manage client accounts, oversee order processes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
Quickly address client inquiries or issues.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improve operational efficiency in meeting customer demands.
Qualifications
experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account maintenance.
Strong organizational skills with expertise in coordinating cross‑functional teams and timely order execution.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and problem‑solving abilities.
Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain operations, printing processes & sewing is a plus.
Ability to work on‑site in ensenada, bcn, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with crm tools and microsoft office suite is advantageous.
