about the role
we're seeking a
client-facing account manager
to oversee corporate wellness accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator who can balance strong client relationships with operational coordination and rapid problem-solving.
key responsibilities
serve as the
main point of contact
for b2b corporate wellness clients.
coordinate on-site and virtual events (massages, wellness sessions, etc.).
liaise between corporate clients and internal operations to ensure smooth scheduling.
handle real-time client issues with professionalism and urgency.
build trust and long-term relationships to
maximize client retention
.
support weekend operations on a rotating basis when needed.
must-have qualifications
fluent, native-level english
(neutral or american accent required).
excellent
verbal communication and relationship-building
skills.
3–4 years of experience in
account management, customer success, or client service
.
availability to work on
pacific standard time
and occasional weekends.
tech-savvy and familiar with crms or scheduling tools (e.g., salesforce).
