are you a skilled and creative process engineer who can design and implement efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment? * react as the process engineer responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network.
* design, implement, and monitor the production processes to ensure feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.
your profile and competencies to succeed
minimum education level
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
professional experience
* at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
skills and competencies
* technically skilled on product and process design, such as fmea, takt time, and ergonomics
* strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* international mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
* english required, other languages are a plus

specific responsibilities
* administers and maintains stable processes in their area of expertise.
* problem solving, support in resolving daily issues with equipment, processes, and suppliers.
* recommendations for equipment and process issues in new programs.
* participation in the validation of tooling and equipment.
* participation in equipment sign-off.
* follow-up on prototype manufacturing.
* provide support to production in solving problems related to their expertise.
* analysis, development, and validation of process modifications.
* ensure the application of process standards.
* identify best practices in their area of expertise.
* equipment modifications to increase efficiency.
* identify process capability (production capacity).
* maintain the tooling and equipment capacity database.
* provide training to production personnel.
* identify risk points in machinery and equipment and eliminate those corresponding to their area of expertise.
* comply with the code of ethics and report any violations.
* comply with the administration code and report any violations.
