We are looking to hire an Engineering Coordinator to join our team at San Luis Potosí:
What you can look forward to as Engineering Coordinator:
Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and processes in accordance with ZF standards and policies, as well as customer requirements.
Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment such as tooling, spare parts and back-up tooling.
Implement engineering and process changes, as well as safety guidelines.
Teach and lead by practice the principles and techniques of the production system at work.
Establish and update process documentation, such as standardized work, work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, backup documentation and related documents.
Guide and support the initiation of new manufacturing projects.
Provide technical support to internal customers.
Take care of the parameterization of the assembly line /Optimize the adjustments of the technical assembly equipment (nut tightening, presses, wheel alignment, etc.)
RPN reduction and PFMEA update /Monitor and sustain OEE /Maintain machine cycle time on target /Monitor and maintain up to date process parameters /Effective use of budget.
Your profile as Engineering Coordinator:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering / Mechanical or similar.
5+ years of experience leading teams and continuous Improvements in processes.
Torque tools knowledge (desirable).
SIEMENS PLC and HMI Knowledge (desirable).
Fluent English / Business English.
