Location*:remote*opportunity kohler*basic functionaccountable for executing the new product schedule utilizing cross-functional resources and the npd process.responsible for implementing the marketing program focusing sales activities like as promotions and new product roll out.he/she is also to work closely with all kohler global regional product marketing and sales team to achieve the objectives.specific responsibilitiesprogram:- handles the project and control the time, quality and cost to ensure the product comes into market on time.- makes project plan, such as project schedule, status report, action list, checklist, etc.- solves outstanding issues and follows up the process.- leads the project team from different function and co-ordinate with different function head to make sure the project completion.- keep tracing the nps- new product schedule and align with project team for the timing to kickoff and launch new products accordingly.- evaluates the performance of project team members.- summarizes and analyses the project when completed for the benefit of learning and process improvement.channel marketing:phase 1- work with sales and marketing communications team and incorporate research and promotional efforts required to meet current and projected market objectives.- implement marketing tools and new product display to promote products in the showrooms, and other potential channels such as dealer.- collect and analyze market information for product team to respond to the customer needs promptly and to build the market data warehouse for future strategy development.phase 2- prepare annual marketing plans for assigned products, including market strategy, incentive promotions, sales forecast, projected market penetration, and budget estimates.- develop and present sales training programs for internal sales and distributor as well as product presentation for interior designers and developers through co-work with trade marketing team.relationships and contactssupervisory relationships:1.
