Requisitos
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
* master degree or specialization studies in corporate finance, auditing or business management may be a plus.
* 5 years of experience as controller/finance manager.
* 10 years of - experience in the financial area, preferably in financial control, accounting, auditing or financial analysis roles within the manufacturing industry.
* bilingual english / spanish.
* experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.
* knowledge of production costing, inventory management, financial planning and budgetary control in the specific context of manufacturing.
* experience working with erp (enterprise resource planning) systems, especially those used in the manufacturing industry, such as sap, oracle, or microsoft dynamics.
* experience with cost control and analysis, financial reporting.
* experience with tax and accounting regulations.
