Buyer i - indirect sourcingthis role supports chamberlain group's indirect procurement operations. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) convert approved requisitions into purchase orders and manage open orders to meet indirect product and service needs in compliance with company policies, (ii) utilize sap reporting to monitor, receive, and close purchase orders within required timeframes, and (iii) partner with sourcing to ensure fully executed agreements are in place and maintained in ariba prior to purchase order execution. Requires 2+ years of experience in purchasing or planning and a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.lead the end‐to‐end procurement lifecycle by converting requisitions into purchase orders and proactively managing to ensure alignment with indirect product and service requirements, while upholding all corporate governance, policy, and compliance standards. Leverage sap reporting and analytical tools to monitor open purchase orders, drive timely receipt and closure activities, and mitigate risk associated with delayed or outstanding transactions. Oversee contract compliance by evaluating agreement warnings and partnering with sourcing leadership to ensure fully executed agreements are in place and accurately maintained in ariba prior to the initiation of new requisitions. Serve as the escalation point between cg accounts payable and suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies, preventing supplier payment delays, credit holds, and operational disruptions. Provide governance and stewardship over procurement master data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and standardization across systems to support reliable reporting and decision‐making. Maintain a comprehensive and audit‐ready open‐order management process, ensuring accurate tracking, vendor confirmation, and proactive communication to support continuity of supply and operational efficiency.
