how you’ll help us connect the world:
the federal civilian account manager is responsible for prospecting, pipeline development, and full sales lifecycle engagement within designated department of defense accounts. This includes selling ruckus solutions directly and through partners, driving program-based growth, and executing strategic capture plans.
key responsibilities:
* proven success selling hardware, software, and networking technologies to senior leadership within federal civilian agencies.
* ability to manage full sales cycles, including account planning, capture strategy, and revenue growth in direct and partner-assisted models.
* understanding of federal procurement, budgeting cycles, far compliance, and government program capture.
* existing relationships with federal systems integrators (fsis) and civilian decision-makers.
* expertise in wireless and networking technologies, including knowledge of the competitive landscape.
* familiarity with meddic/meddpicc or similar sales frameworks and applying them to mission-driven solutions.
required qualifications:
* minimum 5 years of federal sales experience in networking, hardware, or security technologies.
* bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* u.s. citizenship; washington d.c. metro area residency preferred.
* ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
* goal-driven “hunter” mentality.

our salary range, considering various factors such as experience, skills, and location, is $160,000–$240,000 total compensation (base salary plus commission).
