Smurfit westrock is looking for a sourcing support professional to join our team. This role is key to ensuring full shipment visibility, timely tracking, and proactive problem‐solving to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.key responsibilities- monitor daily shipment status to ensure end-to-end visibility across customer orders. - work closely with carriers and logistics partners to resolve delays and proactively address delivery issues. - document and manage delivery exceptions, such as reschedules, shortages, damages, or failed deliveries. - maintain accurate tracking information in internal systems to support real-time decision-making. - lead improvement initiatives and present results, kpis, risks, and recommendations to management.requirements- experience managing and reporting on projects, including presenting kpis and recommendations. - strong critical and analytical thinking to support problem-solving. - high level of ownership and accountability in daily tasks. - solid excel skills (power query is a strong plus). - advanced english level (frequent communication with managers).what we offer- career development opportunities. - collaboration with key teams across operations, logistics, and customer service. - a strategic role focused on maintaining seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
