Consultant for Financial Planning and Analysis
Job Description:
A financial planning and analysis consultant is needed to work with our team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support project goals and objectives.
As a consultant, you will be responsible for performing independent tasks and providing technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analysis
- Must have had 1.5+ years hands-on modeling experience in Anaplan projects, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and/or support
- Comfortable with creating models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, line-item subsets, usage of calculation functions, and dashboards using best practices
- Been introduced or worked with integration methods and ALM within Anaplan
- Ability to attend clients' requests to understand their needs and then develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models
- Anaplan certification (preferable L3) or Anaplan solution architect certification is a plus
- Assist in conducting, documenting, and signing off business requirements with clients. Perform user stories and assist in sprint planning
- Consultative, analytical, and strategic capability, always thinking about what's next and able to deliver a compelling business case for bringing new ideas forward
- Participate in solution design discussions with key IT/business partners to assess, develop, and document requirements

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of coursework in any pertinent field or industry.
Experience: 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Anaplan or similar financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) platforms.
Additional Requirements:
Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
Advanced English level.
Preferred: Familiarity in financial planning reporting platforms, SAP, SQL, Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, Access, and external systems. Ability to debug is helpful.
