We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented accounts payable representative to support our finance team.
the ideal candidate will have experience with sap, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
bilingual skills in spanish and english are essential.
this role is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of up to four months.
please note, there is no possibility for extension or permanent employment with deacero.
enter and process invoices in the accounts payable system (sap and other erp systems).
prepare and execute weekly or bi-weekly payment runs, including checks, ach, and wire transfers.
maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, including sales/use tax.
support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
associate' s or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field ~2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting role.
~ proficiency in sap is required.
~ strong understanding of general accounting principles and ar best practices.
~ proficiency in microsoft excel and office suite.
