*main duties and responsibilities*:
- work with a technical sales team to onboard new customer accounts, and guide customers
through our process.
- develop meaningful business relationships through networking.
- provide top quality customer service.
- develop proficiency in our products and software.
- work with a technical team to generate quotes and solutions for clients.
- translate technical terms into nontechnical language when dealing with clients.
- research and recommend solutions to technical client issues using problem solving,
critical-thinking and presentation skills.

*qualifications*:
- proven experience in a technical sales or customer support role, preferably within the
technology or payment industries.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex
technical information into clear, non-technical terms.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite.
- fluency in both spanish and english, with strong written and verbal communication
abilities.
- problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- basic understanding of networking and software systems is an asset.
