establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, following the specifications established by the company, documenting in a written and graphic way the process to ensure correct and efficient implementation. Work to ensure compliance with the annual continuous improvement goals set by management. Train the required staff in continuous improvement techniques to meet the organization's program and objectives of continuous improvement.

- responsible for the achievement of the organization's continuous improvement goals
- develops, updates and disseminates the continuous improvement process instructions
- implement through training the processes of continuous improvement
- demonstrate commitment, leadership and support to those in charge of contributing to the effectiveness of the quality system lead the organization's continuous improvement events
- participation in plant kpis boards
- generation of reports to help improve kpis
- report to management on the monthly achievement of departmental goals
- line balancing with the manufacturing engineer
- plant layout manager

- achieve the quality objectives of the position and the company's strategic goals.
- achieve with the guidelines of the quality system.
- keep company tools and equipment in good condition, clean and safe for work

- follow up on corrective actions of the quality system as appropriate
