about the role:
the data insights analyst will play a crucial role in dissecting complex data sources, uncovering consumer behavior insights, and decoding brand perceptions to drive strategic decisions for clients.
responsibilities:
* monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
* create detailed audience profiles (demographic and attitudinal) to inform marketing strategies
* collaborate with the media strategy team to develop effective marketing campaigns
* conduct systematic studies of industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
* define objectives and kpis with the media implementation team to measure campaign success
* generate comprehensive reports on client campaigns to provide actionable insights
* recommend improvements in reports and work mechanics to optimize processes
* develop special reports on social listening and audience analysis to inform business decisions
* identify actionable opportunities for clients through data-driven insights
* participate in proposal preparation and new project development to drive business growth
* benchmark industries and markets to stay competitive
requirements:
* at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a data insights analyst
* knowledge of social media marketing and advertising platforms (google ads, meta business manager, x analytics)
* experience in social listening platforms (brandwatch, sprout social)
* strong desk research and qualitative research skills to analyze complex data
* excellent english language skills to communicate effectively with clients
* excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* proficient in powerpoint, slides, or keynote to create engaging presentations
