As a senior talent advisor, you will act as a strategic consultant to executive stakeholders and hiring managers. You are responsible for the end-to-end talent to our client's strategy for high-complexity business units (cloud, core enterprise & zcloud, or cybersecurity). You don't just fill seats; you analyze market trends, adjust sourcing courses of action, and take full accountability for the talent pipeline.
key responsibilities
* consultative partnering: lead intake sessions to clarify technical requirements and define the "selling points" of the role beyond the jd.
* market intelligence: proactively gather and share data on the mexican it labor market (competitor movement, salary benchmarks).
* full cycle ownership: manage the candidate pool (internal, active, and passive) using expert-level judgment to present high-quality shortlists.
* influence & negotiation: lead offer negotiations and use persuasion to close high-level technical talent in a competitive market.
* mentorship: guide the sourcing specialists and mid-level recruiters to ensure alignment with global kpis.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
* experience: 5+ years as a primary point-of-contact and 7+ years in candidate generation.
* industry: proven track record recruiting for it infrastructure, managed services, or cloud (aws/azure/gcp) environments.
* tools: expert proficiency in linkedin recruiter, workday (ats), and crm systems.
