Overview:
the
*dealer development jr. Account manager* is responsible to manage a commercial customer portfolio mitigating the credit risk involved on them while contributing on their development, promoting the generation of new business opportunities and anticipating needs and requirements.
*location*: monterrey, n.l.
*responsibilities*:
- responsible to manage a pool of commercial customers understanding business requirements while maintaining a strictly alignment on corporate policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- analyse financial and operating performance and make facilities recommendation in line with the conditions of every account.
- negotiate the terms and conditions proposed by the commercial risk area during the renewal of the credit lines or new product requirements.
- maintain a close communication with customers assigned anticipating needs and promoting an environment of new business opportunities generation.
- responsible for ensuring response time within service level agreement established per product and services.
- maintain a proper follow up over action plans established in the credit reviews to enhance customer financial and /or operating results.
Qualifications:
- bachelor degree in accounting, administration, economics, finance or similar.
- fluent in spanish and english languages.
- at least one +1 year of credit analysis experience required.
- high ability to analyse and made appropriate financial recommendations.
- ensure understanding of established credit policies and procedures.
- knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations, accounting requirements.
- able to complete standard financial estimations, expertise in excel databases management.
- effective oral and written communication skills in both spanish and english languages.
- excellent presentation skills; ability to conduct working sessions with internal and external clients including executive levels.
- excellent organizational skills.

- ability to work under pressure while keeping a high decision quality.
