Human Resources SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Northern Mexico.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law, including Mexican labor law and international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.Responsibilities will include:Serving as the main HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.Developing and implementing training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance.Managing HR operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration.Overseeing performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in HR processes.Supporting union and non-union environments, including negotiations and contract administration.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.Proven expertise in labor law, NOM-035, and ISO/IATF standards.Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and with leadership.HRIS knowledge, preferably in SuccessFactors or SAP HR.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experienced HR professional with strong labor compliance knowledge.Hands-on leader capable of balancing operational HR with strategic initiatives.Skilled in employee engagement, union relations, and workforce development.Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environments.
